We have received the CO₂ Footprint Assessed certificate

Sustainability and climate protection are central components of our corporate values. We are therefore delighted to have been awarded the CO₂ Footprint Assessed certificate by carbon-connect AG.

The certificate confirms that we have transparently determined our entire CO₂ footprint in accordance with the internationally recognized Greenhouse Gas Protocol. All relevant emission sources were taken into account:

Scope 1: direct emissions from our own activities

Scope 2: indirect emissions from purchased energy

Scope 3: other indirect emissions along the entire value chain

This analysis is an important step on our path to decarbonization. It not only shows us where our largest sources of emissions lie, but also forms the basis for concrete measures to reduce our greenhouse gases.

With this commitment, we are making an active contribution to achieving the goals of the Paris Climate Agreement: avoiding and reducing CO₂, and offsetting unavoidable emissions.
